  • Which customers are you working with?

Today I work with five customers; Com Hem, Komplett in Sweden and Denmark, Clas Ohlson and Avanza Bank. A Campaign Analyst at Keybroker usually has 3-6 customers.

  • What's the challenge?

Part of the challenge is to deal with several markets and languages. For example, we manage Caliber Games portfolio of keywords and ads in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Spain and Holland. Another challenge is dealing with diverse industries such as broadband, home electronics and energy.

  • Describe your job please.

First of all, it’s about creating results for the clients, to increase the sales and to lower the costs. I work proactively to optimise campaigns, but I also contribute with new ideas and suggest how the marketing might be improved. I think this is appreciated by the clients.

  • Can you tell us about how you optimise campaigns?

I handle a monthly budget of between 1-2 million SEK for my customers, covering over 200.000 ads and several million keywords. I use Keybroker’s CampaignControl™ system and our tool Jobstarter for the optimisation. For example, I can send in a request to ”erase all keywords that have been clicked at least 100 times, without producing any sales”. We also have a tool called Real Time Ads™ that daily automatically updates over 30.000 ads from a product file. That would be impossible to do manually.

  • What do you feel is most interesting right now?

How the search marketing is being integrated with other channels. All our search campaigns today are combined with several digital channels such as display and social ads for better results.
